Planning with Intention

I believe in a transparent fee structure that reflects the time and care I put into every itinerary. My goal is to provide a high-touch, bespoke experience that eliminates the "stroller struggle" and the research rabbit hole.

For many trips, Disney packages, hotel packages, and cruises, there is no planning fee when you book through me with my preferred suppliers. You get my expertise and logistics management at no additional cost to you.

Note on Cancellations: Should a commissionable trip be canceled and the supplier does not pay a commission, a $50 administrative fee will apply to cover the time spent on your strategy and bookings.

Professional Design Fees

For non-commissionable travel or specialized research, the following non-refundable fees are due prior to the start of the planning phase:

  • Custom Itinerary Design (up to 7 days): $100
  • Extended Planning: $10 for each additional day beyond the first week.
  • Airfare Research & Bookings: $75
  • Ticket & Excursion Coordination: $50
